TG 4th of July Giveaway Terms and Conditions
Giveaway Period: The TG 4th of July Giveaway ends on June 30 at 12 PM (Eastern Standard Time). The drawing for the winner will be held on June 30.
How to Enter:

- Only one entry per person is permitted.
- The entry period begins on June 20 and concludes on June 30 at 12 PM. All entries must be submitted by June 30 at 12 PM. (Eastern Standard Time).
Eligibility:
- The contest is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
- Participants must be legal residents of the United States.
- Participants must live within 20 miles of Troy, Ohio.
- Participants must be on Teresa Gustafson’s email list or following on Instagram and Facebook.
- Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Coldwell Banker Heritage are not eligible to participate.
Winner Selection:
- The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
- The selection process will take place on June 30.
- The winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry.
Prize: The prize consists of the following school supplies:
- BBQ Set
- Cooler
- Mugs
- $50 Kroger gift card
- Assorted fireworks

- By entering the giveaway, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
- The winner is responsible for providing a valid email address to receive notification of their prize.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
